Immerse yourself in a multi-informatic experience of development and anatomy.
Explore anatomy and ultrastructure data from WormAtlas interactively through GLOWormJ.
Example: The nose region of the Slidable Worm annotated serial section project, with high-resolution images and web-linked annotations.
Example: The nerve ring of the N2U specimen, with high-resolution images, hand-drawn labels and web-linked annotations.
Example: The thermotaxis circuit of the JSH specimen, with high-resolution images and hand-drawn labels.
Explore gene-expression/lineage data from the EPIC project interactively through GLOWormJ.
Example: Histone::GFP (green) and pha-4::ceCHERRY (red) in a double-transgenic embryo, with cells auto-annotated and linked to web resources.

Expression purely in body and head muscles, starting around 130 minutes after fertilization, in 2-4 precursor cells of the musculature.
Note separation of lateral cell groups into DL+VL rows around 300 minutes and onward. Note elongation of processes (~300 minutes onward) and migration of nuclei (~425 minutes onward) in most anterior "tusk-like" head muscle cells.
Movies made with hanging-embryo mounts (random DV/RL orientation for each embryo).
Integrated transgene array.
All movies are misoriented, with anterior to the right
