Expression has already begun by ~180 minutes post fertilization.
All three movies are hanging-embryo mounts, with random DV/LR orientation.
0Jal = Ventrolateral view beginning after ventral enclosure shortly before movement.
1Jal = Dorsal view just after onset of expression. Rather faint. Appears to be only seam cells that express strongly.
2Jal = Quite different pattern than 1Jal with mostly AB lineage hypodermal/epidermal expression. C-derived hyp cells are conspicuously un-labeled before dorsal hyp7 cell fusions. GFP becomes especially prominent in seam cells after morphogenesis.
