First expression appears in 8 precursor cells of the gut, ~120 minutes. After 2 divisions, endodermal expression decreases.
C-derived hyp7 posterior cells then express (starting at 190 minutes) very brightly in a variegated pattern. Dorsal ìnfercalahan and fusion very obvious with this reporter.
Several ventral hyp precursors are also bright.
