Hanging embryo mounts (random DV/LR orientation for each embryo)
Nuclear localization varies. Very strong fluorescence from cell corpses.
Broadly spread expression in early embryos, Becomes specifically highest expression in seam cells. C-derived hyp7 cells appear conspicuously non-fluorescent before cell fusion.
