Movies made with hanging-embryo mounts (random DV/RL orientation for each embryo).
Integrated transgene array.
Expression begins ~230 min post fertilization in all 3 movies. Fluorescence very specific to fusion-fated hypodermal/epidermal precursor cells of hyp7+hyp6 syncytia, including both dorsal and some ventral cells. Remarkable match to expression pattern of the eff-1 gene, which encodes a cellular fusogen.
All three movies have the embryo misoriented with anterior to the right.
