Movies made with hanging-embryo mounts (random DV/RL orientation for each embryo).
Integrated transgene array.
All four movies have the embryo misoriented with anterior to the right.
Expression begins between 130 and 150 minutes after fertilization in ~12 cells at the extreme posterior of gut and hypodermis/epidermis (about 6 cells in each). Expression intensity fades after a peak at ~3OO minutes.
