Movies are made from hanging embryo mounts (random orientation for each embryo).
All three recorded embryos fail to develop fully through morphogenesis. Annotated time-stamps are very poor approximations for this set of movies, most likely very wrong.
Very tight nuclear localization of GFP in expressing cells
Expression begins in 8-12 cells
~3-4 cell cycles before the onset of morphogenesis. Expression fading away from peak by the time embryonic movement is due to occur.
