Movies made with hanging-embryo mounts (random DV/RL orientation for each embryo).
Integrated transgene array.
Only movie 3Jaf has the embryo misoriented with anterior to the right. Others are correctly oriented.
Earliest expression around 100 minutes after fertilization, biased toward the anterior end. Expression increases in a subset of cells in the head and tail though morphogenesis and movement. Appears to be expressed in either seam or bodywall muscles while embryo is writhing, ≥450 minutes.
Several independently migrating cells are nicely highlighted and visible along much of their routes during morphogenesis.
