Movies made with hanging-embryo mounts (random DV/RL orientation for each embryo).
Integrated transgene array.
Earliest expression ~160 minutes after fertilization, in four E-lineage gut precursors. GFP becomes very bright in all gut cells as the embryo approaches and undergoes morphogenesis.
In 0Jam, starting ~330 minutes, expression begins at a low-moderate level in dorsolateral muscle cells and perhaps in dorsal hyp7 precursors. Not seen in other two movies. But each shows two small cells in the head(?) expressing separate from the gut group.
