Express in about 14 ventral cells, 4 in posterior near tell tip, 10 in anterior. Includes a pair of elongating head muscle cells that may also be expressing lev-8/acr-13::gfp. No dorsal cells express this construct.
Embryo 1Jaz actually expresses more brightly, and in more cells. Appears that all 4 of a DL/VL set of elongating head wall muscle cells may express.
Earliest gfp signal ~230 minutes post fertilization. At late stages after 500 minutes, there is fluorescence in all 4 muscle quadrants.
