Immerse yourself in a multi-informatic experience of development and anatomy.
Explore anatomy and ultrastructure data from WormAtlas interactively through GLOWormJ.
Example: The nose region of the Slidable Worm annotated serial section project, with high-resolution images and web-linked annotations.
Example: The nerve ring of the N2U specimen, with high-resolution images, hand-drawn labels and web-linked annotations.
Example: The thermotaxis circuit of the JSH specimen, with high-resolution images and hand-drawn labels.
Explore gene-expression/lineage data from the EPIC project interactively through GLOWormJ.
Example: Histone::GFP (green) and pha-4::ceCHERRY (red) in a double-transgenic embryo, with cells auto-annotated and linked to web resources.

A 4D movie recorded by Kevin O'Connell. Time steps were taken at two different rates:
Every 15 seconds early,
every 60 seconds late.
I was one of the students at Eastern that you lectured to about the glow worms. I thought it was very informative and very neat. It was very interesting how you can take an embryo and make it look 3D. It definitely helps to identify structures. I hope you can working on this, this is really amazing.
I really enjoyed watching the wild type N2 (Bristol) slice 4D DIC movie. I found this video the most interesting.
